PRC announces that 5,220 out of 10,370 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tuguegarao this May 2015.
Kenneth Gelonga Gersabalino, a graduate of University of the Philippines Ilo-Ilo, tops the licensure examination with a total grade of 86.50 percent.
