PCSO General Manager Royina Garma said that the bettor, who is in his early 50s, claimed Tuesday morning (November 19) the whopping jackpot at the Office of the General Manager at the agency’s main office in Mandaluyong City.

She was told by the new millionaire, who is a sales representative, that he had been purchasing lotto tickets for nearly 25 years since he started patronizing lotto in 1995.
The new millionaire said that he saw the winning combination in his dream.

The winning combination that the new winner dreamt was 6-7-9-16-19-22, and it had a total jackpot prize of P22,163,563..60. It was drawn last November 15.
Garma said that the lucky winner had been purchasing tickets for three consecutive days after the six digits manifested in his dreams.
“Inalagaan niya talaga ‘yung napanaginipan niyang mga numero. Tatlong araw niyang sunod-sunod na tinayaan bago siya manalo  (He held on the numbers that he seen in his dream. He purchase tickets for three consecutive days before winning),” the PCSO general manager said.
She said that the sales representative bought the ticket at an outlet in Makati City.

Therefore, the government got over P4 million due to the tax imposed by TRAIN Law.
