This is jack Whittaker— In 2002 he won $315,000,000 (Almost P16 Billion)

When he won the money he was on top of the moon, but he wasn’t careful with his money— $500,000 (P25 Million)  was stolen from his car where he keeps a suitcase full of money.

Later on— another $200,000  (P10 Million) was stolen from him the same way.

He then lost his granddaughter to a drug overdose— after 2 years later he lost his daughter also from drug overdose.

They were just spending his money on harmful substances.
